Why Jo Draws?

As a London based illustrator, I love to explore how my ideas and designs can be applied to clothing and accessories. My playful approach to type, shapes and colour, means you'll be supporting and owning a unique piece of work and creativity. 

How sustainable are your T-shirts?

All T-shirts are made 100% organic cotton, producing solid colours. The Natural colour is made with unprocessed cotton, which results in small black flecks throughout the fabric. Some variants also use a blend of recycled polyester: Sports Grey 90% cotton,10% polyester and Heather Green 35% cotton and 65% polyester.
Designs are then printed in the UK using NeoPigment™ inks, which are free from heavy metals, formaldehyde and other nasties, making them non-hazardous and non-toxic. Using this waterless printing system and biodegradable ink, the whole process is a very eco-friendly printing solution. 

And because each tee is printed to order, there is no stock piling up or wasteful garments being produced. NO WASTE - JUST GOOD TASTE!

How do I choose the right size?

The best thing to do is take your measurements and refer the detailed size chart provided. That way you'll find the perfect fit ;) If you're between sizes, we recommend going for a size up for a more relaxed fit.

How do I care for my T-shirt?

To keep your T-shirt looking vibrant, it's best to use a cool wash (max 30C / 90F), and hang to dry. If ironing, do so on a low heat and avoid going over the print area as this will damage the design. Do not dry clean, tumble dry or use bleach. 
This will ensure you can enjoy your shirt for a long time!

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment as a small business, I've chosen to restrict my reach to the UK and EU. You will find shipping costs at the checkout once you select your destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date and tracking number. So you can keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to your doorstop.

What is your returns policy?

As a small business, all my products are made to order, which makes each item unique and created only once ordered. Therefore I urge you to take note of the sizing guide for all T-shirts, since items ordered in the wrong size or colour would result in a loss for myself should you require a refund. I do of course wish that all my customers are happy and satisfied with their items so I will do my utmost to assist on a case by case basis.  

Should any item received be faulty, misprinted, have a manufacturing error you are entitled to a full refund or exchange. Please get in touch within 30 days of product delivery and I will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
